Laura started in real estate in 1983 after a career in pediatric intensive care nursing at UCSF, propelled by interest in local architecture and the curious evolution of San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods. She has received distinguished awards as a top producer and garnered attention for her innovative advertising, such as with her marketing of 710 Ashbury, the “Grateful Dead” house that was showcased in the Chronicle, BBC, London Times, and more. Flor first started as a Real Estate Assistant and now supports multiple agent teams throughout the Bay Area as a Transaction Coordinator. Flor is known for her organization, strong communication, and professional skills. She collaborates with agents to make all listing and sale transactions as smooth as possible. Flor is passionate about her work and has developed many professional relationships throughout the years. Flor works with Analise and Laura on every one of their transactions to ensure that escrow goes smoothly and all compliance requirements are met.
